fnatic have secured the second spot at the PGL Season 1 offline finals, defeating mousesports 3-1 (16-3 on de_cache, 9-16 on de_train, and 16-9 on de_dust2, with a one map advantage).
The second European group stage of the PGL Season 1 finals saw fnatic face off against mousesports, with the latter team having to fight through Titan and dignitas in fairly closer matches than fnatic, who easily made the grand final.
With mousesports coming from the lower bracket, fnatic possessed a one map advantage in the series, giving them a strong advantage towards qualification. Markus "pronax" Wallsten's men wasted no time in widening the gap by easily winning de_cache 16-3.

mousesports, buoyed by newest active addition Nikola "NiKo" Kovač, rallied on de_train with a 12-3 CT half and ultimately closed out the map in the Germanic team's favour with a 16-9 scoreline.
The final map, de_dust2, was even more closely contested, with mousesports leading at the half 8-7, however fnatic ran away with the game on their Terrorist side, thereby qualifying for the PGL Season 1 offline finals at the Grand Cinema & More, in Buacharest from October 2-4.
